Complaints and returns
As a private individual, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal/exchange when you shop with us. This means that you can send back returned, undamaged goods with unbroken packaging within 30 days of receiving your package.
Broken on delivery?
If the product is broken when you open the package or if there is a fault with the product, you, as a private person, have the right to complain for a total of 3 years from the time you received the package. However, complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than 2 months after you discovered the error. If there is a warranty that is longer than 1 year, you can complain within the warranty period.
Return shipping,
A private person, who makes use of his right of withdrawal, can package and send back with the included return label. If you have not received a return label, you can contact our customer service (reply to the order confirmation). We charge you SEK 69 for the return shipping, which we settle afterwards.
Each shipment comes with a delivery note, mark with a pen which products you wish to return and leave it in the package you are sending back. The customer must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the item(s) and that they are not damaged in transit.
Please use a tracking number shipping service to track the status of your shipment and send us the tracking number in advance. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages, so we recommend that you include tracking and insurance.
